Collectable

A vehicle is considered ready for collection when it has been completed by our partner after its arrival in Germany and prepared for handover. This includes necessary adjustments such as headlight conversion, TÜV approval, and other work if applicable.

This timeframe is approximate and may vary. Our team will inform you in good time if there are any delays.

Possible causes of delays

  • Ship or shipping company
  • Port handling at the port of arrival
  • Internal processing and document control by customs
  • Problems with customs clearance or additional inspections
  • Inland transport
  • Workshops or partner companies in Germany
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Port congestion or strikes
  • War, political events or other force majeure

We ask for your understanding that individual processes cannot be fully influenced by BCJ and therefore delays may occur in exceptional cases.
